Jamie Gruman is an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behaviour in the Division of Management at the University of Toronto at Scarborough. He earned his Ph.D. in applied social psychology at the University of Windsor. While completing his degree, he taught in both the Psychology Department and Odette School of Business at the University.
