Growing up in South-Central Ohio, I was introduced to my love for cooking at an early age by my grandmother. I can still see her in the kitchen, baking and cooking. I spent my younger years in that kitchen watching and learning from this great lady. I recall the time when she helped me make my very first pie. I was standing on a chair and had an apron tied around me that hung from under my arms to the tops of my feet. She was the inspiration for my love of cooking.
