Gross, James A.

James A.Grass is Professor of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University. He is the author of several books, including The Reshaping of the National Labor Relations Board: National Labor Policy in Transition, 1937-1947, which won the Philip Taft Award for labor history.
