Gross, Charles J.

Gross holds a Ph.D. in military history from The Ohio State University and has worked as a U.S. Air Force civilian historian and is currently the chief of the Air National Guard history program. He retired as a colonel in 1994 after a long career in the Air Force Reserve and the Air National Guard.
