David Griggs went to school in San Jacinto, California, from kindergarten through two years at Mt. San Jacinto Junior College. Then at the age of twenty-four he achieved his life's ambition and became the head golf professional at the golf course where he grew up. The golf course was located at Gilman Hot Springs, and was named the Massacre Canyon Inn. Later David married and had three children. They have given him five beautiful grandchildren.
