Jim Griff Griffith became eBays first customer support representative while working out of his own studio. Within two years, he helped build a customer support team with over forty representatives across the United States. In 1999, as manager of eBay Customer Support Training, he helped train nearly all of the five hundred employees who now work at eBays first official Customer Center in Utah. Today, he holds the unique position of eBay Ambassador, traveling across the country and teaching eBay University seminars.
