Simone Grrribble started her baking career at the age of nine in her grandmother's kitchen, turning dough into scones and batter into cakes. She grew up with an appreciation for the high level of natural ingredients and the low level of preservatives in home cooking. She continues to make sure there is always a homemade cake or slice in the lunchbox and a homemade soup on the stove. Simone enjoys travelling and is inspired by the world's flavours. Grrr.
