John X. Grey is the pen name of Edwin Ray Haney, a Southern Ohio native who has lived his entire life in the same small town along the banks of the Ohio River. Writing fiction since the late 1990s, Grey has authored close to a dozen novels since 2000, along with more than 100 shorter fiction pieces and a handful of poems.
