Greg, Engineer

Gregory S. Skeete, a.k.a "Engineer Greg," is an award-winning Barbadian author, mechanical engineering graduate and a life-long lover of milk! His first book won an award at Barbados' National Independence Festival of Creative Arts (NIFCA). He has worked as a production planner and process specialist at Pine Hill Dairy in Barbados. Through this company, he has completed certification in Dairy Science and Technology at Wageningen University in The Netherlands. Greg is also an international member of the Society of Dairy Technology (SDT) and the International Dairy Foods Association (IDFA).
