Grear, Charles D.

Charles D. Grearis a professor of history and the online manager for history and geography at Central Texas College. A specialist on Texas and the Civil War, he is the author, coauthor, or coeditor of six books, including"The Chattanooga Campaign", "Why Texans Fought in the Civil War", and"The House Divided: America in the Era of the Civil War."He is a coeditor of the Civil War Campaigns in the Heartland series.
