Dorien Gray began his literary journey at the tender age of 7 when he produced a remake script for his local church play of Cain and Able. It was at this moment that he embraced his love for writing and the passion of words. As a freshman in high school, he, anonymously, wrote poetry for his friends to give to their girlfriends (at a substantial price might I add). During his matriculation at Bethune Cookman University, he entered various writing contests and always placed in the top tier.
