Yvonna Graham, M.Ed spent 20 years studying methods and research surrounding reading and dyslexia, propelled by the need, first, to teach her own daughter to read, and then in order to teach other children who found the classroom methods, or even the time-honored Orton-Gillingham methods insufficient for success.
