Gottberg, Kathy

Kathy Gottberg became a real estate broker in 1983. She started writing about escrow and real estate related matters in 1985 and continues to the present time. Kathy and her husband Thom have bought and sold numerous homes and investment properties during the last 25 years and continually use the information contained in this book to buy and sell property successfully. They presently reside in La Quinta, CA.
