Goodrich, Jeanne

Jeanne Goodrich is a consultant and trainer specializing in public library planning and work flow analysis, and data collection and analysis. Before becoming a full-time consultant, she gained more than thirty-five years of experience in public library management, most recently as Deputy Director of Portland's Multnomah County Library. She is coauthor of Staffing for Results.
