Michael Goodich's recent works include "Lives and Miracles of the Saints: Studies in Medieval Latin Hagiography" (2004) and "Other Middle Ages: Marginal Groups in the Medieval Period" (1998). His research focuses on the social and ecclesiastical history of the central middle ages, with special emphasis on hagiography. At the present time he is professor of medieval history at the University of Haifa in Israel, and has taught at the University of Toronto, York University, Yale, UCLA and CUNY.
