Gonzalez-Taylor Esq, Yadhira

Yadhira Gonzalez-Taylor, the author, was raised by her grandparents in rural Caguas, Puerto Rico. There, she learned about sharing, caring, community, and love. She, along with her grandparents, sold Avon products door to door. Today, she lives in New York City with her husband and three daughters. When she is not thinking about Martina's adventures she is working as a lawyer and adjunct professor.
