Marion Blank, Ph.D., is a developmental psychologist and an internationally recognized pioneer in the field of language education for children with learning disabilities. She is a member of the faculty of the Department of Psychiatry at Columbia University and is former Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at Rutgers Medical School. She is the author of The Reading Remedy: Six Essential Skills That Will Turn Your Child into a Reader and has published over 60 articles and book chapters on language disabilities.
