Goeller, Victoria

Victoria Goeller coauthored Ellicott City: Now and Then. She serves as a board member of Historic Ellicott City, Inc. and the Ellicott City Restoration Foundation. She is also a member of the Howard County Historical Society, the Howard County Conservancy, Preservation Howard County and the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
