Gregory Gleason, Ph.D., is an internationally recognized expert in energy policy and international relations. A professor of political science and public administration at the University of New Mexico, Dr. Gleason has extensive field experience in Turkmenistan and the other countries of Eurasia and Central Asia. He has served as a consultant to Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, Sandia National Laboratories, the Asian Development Bank, and the U.S. Agency for International Development. His research has been sponsored by the National Science Foundation and the National Academy of Sciences
