Giles-Brown, Liz

Liz Giles-Brown lives in Boothbay Harbor, Maine with her husband and son. She loves the outdoors and all that it has to offer; especially physical activities like biking, hiking, boating, skiing and her newest discovery - stand up paddling. She is also a jump rope enthusiast and has coached a traveling AHA Jump Rope since 1995. Liz received her undergraduate degree in physical education from Plymouth State College in 1987 and holds a master's degree in physical education curriculum and instruction from the University of Maine, Orono.
