Orietta was born and raised in Rome, Italy. She moved to California in 2008. Orietta is particularly passionate about food, wine and olive oil, and she wants to transfer her knowledge to her new beautiful Country. She focuses on sensory training and advocates approaching food as a professional taster. She believes that by applying to our daily life the awareness that tasters experience during their tastings we could improve our relations to food.
