Maureen has been a high school teacher for almost 25 years, mostly in alternative school settings. She is mother of two glorious children who are both her greatest joys as well as source of personal challenge & growth. The poems in this book are inspired by practical, nitty gritty life experiences and by glimpses of something bigger.
