Zachary Schaefer is a professional speaker and consultant, an author, and a professor, but most important, a father and husband. Dr. Z, as his students call him, loves working with students and children to improve their communication skills and confidence. He is writing a series of children's picture books, called The Mustache Series, to show kids that they can overcome life's obstacles by focusing on their strengths and developing close friendships.
