Amy Garro is a modern quilter who lives in Indianapolis with her husband and three children. Her quilting journey began in elementary school, when she learned how to sew from her artist mother. After sewing garments for years, Amy began her first bed-sized quilt in high school, but it took six years to finish it and give it to her now husband as a gift.
