Garrett, Shawn

Shawn Garrett currently works at Davis Defense Group as a course director and subject matter expert in warfighting. He retired from the United States Marine Corps in January 2011 at Wounded Warriors Battalion West Detachment Hawaii as the Company Gunny and the S-4 Chief. A native of Amarillo Texas, Staff Sergeant Garrett enlisted in the Marine Corps on 26 January 1998. He began his Marine Corps career as nearly all Marines do at Marine Corps Recruit Depot in San Diego CA.
