Garnett, Jim

Jim Garnett was born in a small Iowa town near Des Moines. After graduating high school he pursued a four-year Bachelor's degree in Bible in preparation for the pastoral ministry. He served as a Senior Pastor for almost thirty years until 1993, then he entered the field of financial counseling. In 2011 circumstances forced him into semi-retirement so he started his own financial education company. Jim also is a Nationally Certified Parent Trainer, conducting parenting workshops for Smart Discipline Seminars.
