Rhonda K. Garelick is professor in the department of English at the Hixson-Lied School of Fine and Performing Arts at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She is the author of "Rising Star: Dandyism, Gender, and Performance in the Fin-de-Siecle" (Princeton).
