This talk was a homecoming of sorts for Sue Gardner, who began her career at CBC Radio in Fredericton before becoming one of the world's most influential media figures. When she arrived on campus in the fall of 2009, she was the executive director of the Wikimedia Foundation, a collaborative Internet project that revolutionized the sharing of information, including news.
