Hi! My name is Elena Garcia. I am a full-time mom, teacher, cook, motivational writer, and a real health and nutrition enthusiast! I was born in Italy, I grew up in Spain, and I moved to the US with my parents when I was only 14. I now live in Washington State with my husband James and my two little sons- Roberto and Marco.
