Garcia, Eddie

C.E. Tracy was born in the United States. He has received education in English as well as Medievalism at Florida International University (FIU) in Miami as well as the Universities of Hull and Leicester in the UK. His avid love for music and travelling have helped him create his debut series: 'The Chronicles of the Fallen.'
