Gambardella, Maurizio

Dr. Avv. Maurizio Gambardella obtained his law degree in 1999 from the Catholic University of Milano, Italy. In 2000, he received a PhD in European Law from Bologna University. Dr. Gambardella has extensive experience in advising companies on EU commercial, customs and trade-related matters. He has led a number of significant customs and trade cases before different national jurisdictions in Europe, as well as the criminal prosecutions involved. Furthermore, Dr. Gambardella also advises and assists NGOs, industrial organizations and governmental agencies on WTO dispute settlement proceedings.
