Galvin, John R.

John R. Galvin is the former supreme allied commander, Europe, and the commander-in-chief, U.S. European Command. He also served as dean of the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University. He is the author of "European Security Institutions: Ready for the Twenty-First Century?"
