About the Author William Kenneth Galloway was born to Aquila and Isabella Hairston Galloway February 23, 1955 in Reidsville, NC. William graduated from Reidsville Senior High School in 1973. He received an Associate in Applied Science degree in Business Administration from Rockingham Community College in August 1978.
