Galligan, Denis

Denis Galligan is Professor of Socio-Legal Studies at Oxford University and Professorial Fellow of Wolfson College Oxford. His publications include Law in Modern Society (2007), Due Process and Fair Procedures: A Study of Administrative Procedures (1997), and Discretionary Powers (1987).
