Scott Gaille is an attorney and executive whose career has ranged from giving oral argument before the United States Court of Appeals to acquiring petroleum concessions around the world. He has travelled to more than one hundred nations searching for international petroleum on behalf of Occidental Petroleum Corporation and other companies.
