Dr. Stephanie Gaddy has worked in higher education for over 18 years, as a faculty member and as an administrator. She currently is a faculty member in the College of Education at Walden University. Dr. Gaddy has served as an administrator, founding and directing a college's office for disability services and a nationally recognized college program for students with disabilities. She also serves on the Advisory Board and as a contributing author to the Disability Compliance for Higher Education periodical.
