Fuqua, Jacques L., Jr.

Lt. Col. Jacques L. Fuqua, Jr., USA (Ret.) is a former Northeast Asia foreign area officer who now serves as the chief international officer and director of International Programs and Services at Indiana State University. The author of "Nuclear Endgame: The Need to Engage North Korea" (Praeger, 2007) and numerous journal and newspaper articles on Korean and U.S.-Japanese security issues, Fuqua also served as the director of international engagement at the University of Illinois at Urbana- Champaign and associate director of the East Asian Studies Center at Indiana University (Bloomington). He
