Fulton, Sharna

Sharna Fulton is a communications professional and teaching artist. She lives in Decatur, Georgia with her husband, Rob and their two dog children, Pete and Jacoby. Sharna created Chloe Pink to encourage kids to be creative and to follow their dreams. "Doodle & Dream in the City" is her third book.
