Stefan Frohlich, born 1958 in Bonn. Studies of Political Sciences, English and Spanish in Bonn, Paris, Washington and Philadelphia (MA). Obtained PhD from Bonn University in 1989. 1985-1989 Research Assistant in the German Bundestag. 1989-1994 Research Assistant at the Department of Political Sciences in Bonn.
