Benjamin developed an interest in psychotherapy and other areas of personal growth during a long and varied personal treatment starting in his twenties. After a degree in physics and philosophy at Oxford University Benjamin studied psychotherapy at Regent's College in London. He has recently returned there to study towards a professional doctorate in psychotherapy.
