Frost, VM

Vincent (Jack) Frost. I was born in Stamford, Lincolnshire and grew up on the Mediterranean island of Malta, returning to Britain at the age of fourteen. In 1979 - after a period in a children's home and a tempestuous time as a grill chef (I walked out when the soup boiled over never to return!) I joined the British army where I served in the Royal Artillery in Germany, The Falkland Islands, Northern Ireland and as a United Nations soldier in Cyprus.
