Friend, William E.

William Friend graduated from North Carolina State University in 1966 and after a tour of duty in the US Air Force as a Construction Engineer, received his license to practice architecture in 1972. He later started his private practice in Eastern North Carolina, which unfortunately was dissolved during the recession of 1981/1982. Starting in 1983 he was employed as Director of Production and then Technical Coordinator in firms in Raleigh, North Carolina.
