ROBERT R. FRIEDMANN, Professor and Chair of the Department of Criminal Justice at Georgia State University in Atlanta, is also the founder and director of the Georgia criminal justice Statistical Analysis Bureau and of the Georgia-International Law Enforcement Exchange Program there.
