Maureen A. Frey, PhD, RN, is a Research Associate at Wayne State University, School of Medicine, and is coordinator of the Collaborative Pediatric Critical Care Medicine Research Network. Dr. Frey received her MSN and doctorate (PhD in nursing) from Wayne State University. She is a pioneer in developing and testing middle range theory derived from King's conceptual system.
