Frazier, Michael

Michael Frazier, a retired school administrator, currently serves on the boards of both the Museum of Rhinebeck History and the Rhinebeck Historical Society, both of which loaned the majority of these images. He is also the secretary for the Consortium of Rhinebeck History.
