Frates, Kent F.

An Oklahoma City resident, Frates has been practicing law for over forty years in courthouses across Oklahoma. He is the publisher and editor of the quarterly political and literary newsletter Common Sense. He is also the screenwriter of the independent film, Cockfight, and an award-winning historical author.
