Stephen Frantzich, Ph.D., United States Naval Academy Steve Frantzich is Professor of Political Science at the U.S. Naval Academy. A graduate of Hamline University and the University of Minnesota, his 12 books and numerous articles and book chapters have focused on U.S. political institutions with particular emphasis on the impact of technology on the political process. He has served as a consultant to various congressional committees, C-SPAN, the Dirksen Center, foreign parliaments, and a number of foundations.
