Marc Franco's geographic instability began at birth. Born of a mother from Jerez, Spain and father from Cincinnati, Marc was raised with two very different cultural influences. A child of the U.S. Navy (read: military brat), he had the opportunity to live around the world--spending fourteen years in foreign countries and moving eight times before graduating from high school.
