Franck, Herman

Franck is a graduate of Woodside High School. He is a graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center where he received the degree of Doctor of Jurisprudence. He attended the Graduate School at Georgetown University, where he earned the degree Master of Arts in Economics. His undergraduate degree was from the University of California at Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts Political Economy. He is a member of the California Bar, the United States Supreme Court Bar, and the United Nations War Crimes Court for Former Yugoslavia, The Hague, The Netherlands.
