Paul Howard Frampton is Distinguished Professor at the University of North Carolina. After earning his degrees at University of Oxford, UK, he conducted research projects at institutions like University of Harvard, UCLA and at CERN. His research focuses on Theoretical high energy physics and cosmology; among his topics are Inflation, Dark matter and Dark energy, String theory, and physics beyond the standard model. He authored about 350 papers. Regarding his teaching, he served as instructor for 40 physics courses.
